Made an appointment for my 7 year old the week before. Drive an hour to get there, when arrived I filled out the proper paperwork and gave them my insurance. They took us to the back gave my son an X-Ray. Waited 30 more minutes in the exam room for the dentist. After 30 minutes a lady came and and told us that they do not do sedation on kids under 14. So why wouldn’t they tell us this from the get go. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE UNLESS THEY ARE 14 and over. They wasted 3 hours of my day, no apology or nothing and never once saw the dentist. They just collected my insurance and booted us out the door. Stay away.

This office and the front office has been nothing but a pain. I originally made the appointment for an emergency and they got my son in quickly. Everytime there after have been a nightmare. They cancel my appointments last minute. My son needed a space maintainer which they never called to tell me it was in I had to call them. I will never visit this office ever and as many times that I’ve been to this office the young lady who sits in the front still can’t get my sons name right. When corrected she says oh well you know what I meant

My mentally challenged, non verbal, Autistic son has been going to Altus for many years. I am proud to say that this office has been exceptionally professional, compassionate, respectful and by all means has accommodated my sons needs. The front office staff has always been so kind and welcoming. The Back office staff is absolutely amazing. Not once in all my sons years of going to Altus , have he or I ever had a bad experience. My son is now 20 and still receives the best quality care. I can’t thank them enough.
