I am very disappointed about being pressured to have Invisalign treatment after clearly stating it is unaffordable for me. When staff members questioned my refusal, I gave in and agreed to the treatment at a cost of $4,900 which is not covered by my insurance plan. I signed a consent for treatment but did not pay a deposit or complete the application for financing. Once at home, realizing I’d made a mistake, I communicated to the office that I could not go forward with the financing. My understanding was that nothing would be ordered without a deposit and payment terms in place, but the product was ordered, unbeknownst to me. Now Amara expects me to pay over $1,000 in lab fees on a service I will not receive. We are currently in dispute about this. A very difficult and unpleasant experience. I will post an update with the outcome.

I have been going to Amara Dental since I’ve moved to Woodland. The transition was very easy for me. All the staff are very welcoming and sweet. They do a good job at making sure you understand your treatment plan and answer all questions.
Dr.Kaur is very kind and good at what she does. I’ve learned some cool things about teeth from her explaining my treatments.
I did a 15 month Aligner treatment with them, using Clear Correct. I am very happy with my result and the ease of the whole process. They’ve helped me regain confidence in my smile. 🙂

The dental staff were all nice. They put me at ease when I was waiting and being prepped for my procedure. The staff spoke with a nice voice and were patient with me. During the procedure I felt comfortable with my doctor because she is kind and patient, and she has been my doctor for many years now.
