I have no complaints about the facility or the rest of the staff, but the hygienist and dentist were terrible. I went in for a tooth cleaning. The hygienist took every x-ray, picture and 360 xray that she possibly could bill my insurance for, then tells me she doesn’t have time to do the cleaning. No big deal, I can just come back, she says. Never mind I took a half day off work to get my teeth cleaned. Then she gets pissed when I told her I wanted to pay and go and that I wouldn’t *be* coming back. She throws my chart at the receptionist (who’s baffled) and walks off in a huff. Just charming. The foreign dentist just kept staring at me which made me very uncomfortable and defensive. All in all, not a very nice experience and a total waste of my 1/2 day.

Made a dental appointment on 4/5/23 and was already accepted by their staff that my Humana insurance was accepted there , even gave them all the information weeks before my appointment they told me that all I needed to pay was $25.00 for some Fluoride treatment if I wanted that. I paid in full before leaving the dentist office. I received a letter in the mail around the first of May saying I owed them $367. I informed the lady I talked to on 5/17 that the teeth cleaning and X-rays were covered under my dental plan. She started that she would resend the bill with Humana again. Talked to Stephenie again on 5/24 and she said that they didn’t take my insurance plan.

The staff and facilities are excellent! I called them looking for a cleaning and they have went above and beyond my expectations! The staff took time to make sure my insurance covered my needs! They are extremely polite and genuine! Technology looks updated and facility is spotless! Give them a call today!
