Reviews:
Everytime I come here I feel like there is a lot of rush. It’s a constant rush in doing anything.

Taking a decision, an important decision as operating in the regards of your teeth is very expensive and important, it determines your future’s teeth health and overall oral health.

I felt rushed in deciding, I felt there was rush in operating me and somewhat even if I did get great results, there were still some minor defects.

The worst aspect of this clinic is that they don’t produce their own crowns or artificial teeth.

You’ll have to go to a lab that’s not so far however clogged with traffic and short traffic lights going and coming back, taking extra of your time. You’ll have to pay for parking for 3 hours cause the lab will keep you waiting a while, fit the teeth, paint, bake, etc.
After that you’ll have to take it back to this clinic and wait another queue of people and finally fix the crown or artifical teeth you took from the laboratory.

Pity in my case as my tooth was the wrong coloration, I had to go back to the laboratory and get it done again. I had to do everything on my own twice. Time consuming most of all.

Now of course I have a great smile, I’m happy about it however there is a minor defect in the tooth next to the one I operated, it has a dent on the inner side and it feels like there’s food between the slit. I told my dentist but he was rushing to another patient telling me it’s normal. It is not normal at all.

Moral of the story, I had to go 4 times to this clinic while it only needed 2 times. I also had to go twice to the lab while it only needed once.

They are professional and do their job well, reception staff is great however these elements cited above make it a 3 star rather than a 5 star as I would have rated it.

Pros:

-clean
-great skills
-good equipment
-plenty of paid parking around
-staff is really kind and easy going
-wifi

Cons:

-super expensive (hopefully you have a good insurence)
-too much rushing with the patients
-they don’t have a lab so you’ll have to go yourself to the laboratory
-they do not provide parking for their customers

I’m sorry to have to leave a review like this one. We’ll see if things change and hopefully improve with further experiences.

I had general inquiries when I called, the lady had an urgent need and priority goal first to know immediately my insurance and my EID number to check if I am eligible before completing my 3 questions. Then she tried to get an appointment by all means with any doctor.

I booked for polishing and scaling, and full examination.

When I came in I had to wait for Dr Sarah inside the room, with irritated voice she asked if I had pain. I said no, then she said why am I here.

Right after polish and scale completion. I have some white spots in my tooth ( not obvious ~ 30%) so I asked Dr Sarah how can I get it treated. She said I can go for veneers. I asked is it the Only way? She said Yes. I reiterated my question, No other way? She said Yes.

Then I told her how about using Icon solution/microabrasion/fluorosis.

She then said ” not sure of the results for your case but we can try”

I think she felt embarrassed tried to recover after she withheld information just to promote veneers

I’ve been a happy client for the past 5 years. Dr. Wael and his team provide an exceptional service. Dr. Wael strives for excellence in everything: going above and beyond for his clients, constantly improving and upgrading the facility as well as having opened a new location. He works tirelessly every day, now that’s a commitment!
Rossini, the hygienist, does a great job and a white shiny smile after the cleaning is guaranteed. And not only from cleaning but from the way she treats you and makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed.
Can’t recommend this business enough!
