Michelle is the best. Very sweet, patient and an amazing front/back office star. Dr Shankar is an amazing dentist, really takes her time with you and did examinations NO OTHER DENTIST ever took the time to perform. I will not go to anyone else now. Just be patient and kind when you call as it’s just Michelle and Dr Shankar in that office so, if the v/m comes on, leave a message as they’re probably with a patient, Michelle is great at getting back to you. My son and I were seen right on time and both of us were out of there in an hour. Again, please be patient with them, if you show up for your appointment and Michelle is not in the front, just know she knows you’re there and you will be attended to as promptly as possible.

I was happy to read the reviews for Amethyst Dental but have not been able to reach anyone in over a week. I left a message once and have not heard back from them. Every day since then when I call it gives an automatic busy signal…all day….each day.
So, because the reviews were so good I decided to drive to their location thinking maybe there was a problem with their phones. Their webpage showed they were open and so I arrived there during business hours but….the door was locked. There was not a soul around. I gave up after two trips to this office. I am not sure if they are even in business or even still at this location as no one is ever around.

I found Dr Shankar from a google search and she is wonderful. Dr. Shankar was thorough and explained the action that needed to be taken to correct the issues I was having with my teeth. She was patient answered all my questions and worked with me to ensure that I was comfortable with the recommended procedures.

Michelle, her assistant is personable and helpful in scheduling, insurance verification, and working with Dr Shankar.

I highly recommend Dr Shankar.
