Receptionist customer service is awful, I called to let them know an emergency had came up and they told me they couldn’t reschedule and I was explaining and she had told me ” I’m not going to argue ” and was being very rude! I have been going to this office for over 2-3 years. They have had some difficulties on their end like calling me same day rescheduling because of their own issue. Will definitely not ever be returning and I will not refer anyone. Worse office I have ever been too!
Polite, professional and prompt communication. Facility is clean and staff are welcoming. In and out within 20-30 minutes even as a new patient. In their treatment room they have a large TV displaying pictures of pets which is an enjoyable and appreciated distraction for someone who has a lot of anxiety around dentist offices. Overall, very happy I went to them!
The Androscoggin Dental team was so wonderful yesterday. I had a temporary filling replaced with a permanent one and it went very well. I was terrified to get another shot but they the way it was done didn’t hurt as much as it has in the past. Thank you for being so quick! I was in and out within 20 minutes.
