I would give them zero stars if I could. I have had nothing but problems with these people after they fix my root canal. I’m finding a new Dentist . I think that they rob insurance companies and they do scandalous stuff and I’m going to turn them in as well to the insurance company because there’s no way it should’ve took them four separate office visits for one root canal. He’s doing absolutely nothing but cleaning out my tooth and putting a temporary filling on it then rescheduling the appointment saying “”it took longer than he thought, and he has to see another patient” he has done this twice and then the last time because I grind my teeth –he fixed one other tooth but that took maybe 20 minutes and then clean the same tooth out that he’s already cleaned out twice and put another temporary filling in which completely fell out of my mouth because it was that cheap stuff that you can get over-the-counter.He did not even put it down right in my tooth and that stuff fell out in a day and I ate nothing for the rest of the day because he fixed it at 4 PM . There’s no way it should’ve fell out. Then I had to get my night guard done at another dentist office because they said that “they were trying to get it prior authorization through my insurance company but they weren’t responding back” and then expect me to pay out-of-pockeT and said that ” I needed the night guard or it was going to keep chipping my teeth” . So I went to another dentist and guess what in two weeks they got it approved and said that no one ever put in a request to the insurance company. I talked to the lady from my insurance company directly after hearing this disturbing information and she confirmed that they never received anything from Angel Dental about a night guard only the root canal. So they are crooks. Mind you this is all in the middle of trying to get this tooth fixed that he’s been working on for going on six months on one root canal. The problem is Since it was already approved through them, and they started working on it — I would have to pay out-of-pocket if I go to another dentist so I’m stuck with them. I want to get it done and I’m done. Please save yourself time, money, and energy and find you a good dentist. Yes I wrote a book and there’s so much more to the story, but I’ll just stop here. I just don’t understand how it’s legal to get away with this stuff that they’re doing.

The worst experience ever!! I came here because I had a filling fall out,, was in pain… Never gave me anything for pain, Dr. Put a temporary filling inn my tooth where most usually put a normal filling in, and had me come back. So I bore the pain for additional two weeks and came back ready to get it fixed was exasperated in fact to get it finally fixed. When I got there I told the Dr. again ,,,,that I was still in allot of pain and she told me that however they missed it or what not but they’re was also a problem with another tooth which they never spoke about the last time and said she would take care of the one first that was causing pain. But In fact as she numbed my gums she started drilling on the top tooth when it was the bottom tooth was the one that I originally needed fixed Now I was in even more pain.!!!! She readily scheduled me to come back AGAIN!!! AFTER NEVER EVEN FIXING THE TOOTH I CAME IN FOR AND NOW I HAVE TWO TEETH causing me a tremendous amount of pain. This place is unfortunately going to be reported to there dental board because of this and I’m not big on complaining but those was the most stupid thing anyone could have done. Trying to milk the system by putting in a temporary filling and working in a tooth that really was fine until she drilled a hole in it. I’m so upset that when my lawyer gets a hold of these folks they may have to shut it down. Ridiculous! Save your mouth and go somewhere else!!!!

Please listen, if you haven’t went in for dental work please don’t do it. I went in for a filling and the dentist didn’t have anyone helping with the tools so instead had the tools hanging off the side of my mouth (it cut me by the way). Literally a day later I felt the worse pain ever. They did 2 fillings that day and one of them was 1 millimeter away from the nerve. The other one was half a millimeter away and now I need a root canal on each tooth. I called them up because I was in pain and they just gave me amoxicillin and ibuprofen and told me to go somewhere else to get the problem fixed. I am still in pain as I am typing this message with a migraine and tasting an infection in my mouth.
