Wonderful clinic with a gentle and friendly staff. The head dentist speaks English and many of the staff can communicate using basic English so it’s quite comfortable for foreigners with little Japanese experience. Appointments are usually 30 minute blocks and the staff are very efficient and patients are seen on-time. When having routine dental checks the staff are very kind and helpful when explaining procedure and discussing dental care. When having other treatments the doctor will listen to any issues and sensitivities and make sure that you are comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!
Overall, a good experience in this dental clinic. There are some language barriers as expected (especially calling to confirm/cancel your appointments) but the Head Dentist speaks English well so you can communicate the troubles you currently have. Make sure to bring your insurance card too.
