I hate the Dentist like most, But Anglesea practice had a warm welcoming. The staff are very professional and friendly.But be aware they are out to rob you! I had appointments booked and paid for a treatment but received messages to say they cancelled due to administration or something I contacted them on email to explain that I had paid for my treatment booked and if they was still offering private treatment then why did they cancel my appointment? they blocked my email’s!!.. Avoid!!

From the time I arrived I was very impressed on how I was greeted.
The dental nurse informed me of a couple of minutes before I was seen.
My appointment was fantastic
The dentist was very softly spoken and had a kind manner.
This put me at ease.
I have always been very apprehensive of a visit to the dentist but now I will be happy to visit again.

The dentist and his assistant was friendly, making sure you felt at ease. I felt very reassured with their service. But the reception staff were not welcoming. It is very important that front of house, in any reception job ,should be friendly as they are the first point of contact and first impression are very important.
