Never make any appointments with this clinic. Shameful treatment, difficult parking, and:
I call in to make two appointments at 12 and 12:30. Turns out they only made one booking and it was at 12:45 – nobody bothers to notify you or remind you of the appointment. Once there, the reception is half working, rude, and late; by late i mean my appointment was 45 minutes later than agreed, the second appointment was 30 minutes late. Only was my appointment not delayed further because I specified that bookings are made for a reason and I also have other things to do. They lied saying the doctor was at surgery and would be out to take me after she comes out. 3(!) minutes it apparently took the doctor to come out and take me after the complaint.
Once doing the check up, i am told I have an issue that simply doesn’t exist, and that I do not need any other services – checked with another dentist the same evening that it is COMPLETELY WRONG.
MY partner is told he also doesn’t have anything – ALSO WRONG.
They want your teeth to completely decay to then give you the full range at full price.
I am texting my insurance to tell them this is a deplorable service, and making two further reclamaciones because this is unacceptable.

Shameful behaviour at my recent visit to this clinic. I was given a prescription for antibiotics, which I took to a nearby pharmacy, Soria Crespo. I was asked if I had any allergies and I stated yes, to penicillin. The lady serving me was shocked and astonished that the prescription was for an antibiotic containing penicillin. I returned to the clinic for an explanation and to ask who was responsible for this calamitous, inexcusable and potentially life-threatening error. I had filled in a form before seeing the dentist, on which I had clearly stated my allergy to penicillin. The girl I spoke to, who worked alone in a glass-walled office next to the receptionists refused to tell me who was at fault. She said she did not know and could not find out, and that it was ‘the clinic’s fault.’ A ridiculous answer and a lie. Probably she was responsible. I was given a new prescription and left. There does not appear to be anywhere on their website to complain so I shall post this instead, as a warning to everybody to be aware of this place. I shall avoid it like the plague, there are so many other dentists in Benidorm.

Muy buena experiencia en esta clinica donde forman un gran equipo , en especial a la Doctora Cristina por su trato cercano y su buen hacer , explicandome paso a paso cual era el tratamiento, el resultado fue magnifico.
Ahora puedo volver a masticar sin molestias y sonreir cada dia.
Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer feliz a un paciente mas.
