I had an amazing experience at Apollonia dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and was able to communicate with me in both English and German. This was especially helpful for me as a non-native German speaker.
My dentist, Dr. Baschar Al Trini, was exceptional. He was very professional and knowledgeable, but also took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I felt very comfortable in his care and trusted him completely.
The dental assistants were also incredibly caring and attentive throughout my visit. It’s clear that everyone at Apollonia truly cares about their patients and takes pride in providing the highest level of care.

Ich habe in dieser Zahnarztpraxis eine Zahnwurzelbehandlung durchfuhren lassen, die insgesamt drei Sitzungen umfasste. Wahrend der letzten Sitzung wollte man die Behandlung maschinell abschliessen und verlangte dafur knapp 400 EUR zusatzlich zu den 90 EUR fur die Fullung. Ich lehnte die teure maschinelle Behandlung ab und bat um die herkommliche manuelle Methode, die ich seit 25 Jahren kenne.
Die Praxis Apollonia verweigerte dies und liess mich mit einem offenen Zahn und einer nicht abgeschlossenen Behandlung gehen.

Nur weil die Budgets der Zahnarzte von den Krankenkassen gekurzt wurden, wird nun versucht, durch solche teuren Behandlungsmethoden mehr Geld zu verdienen. Eine absolute Frechheit und Abzocke!! Ich bin extrem enttauscht und werde diese Praxis definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.
Wir kamen heute zum Termin meiner Tochter. Wir gaben unsere Informationen am Informationsschalter ab und gingen in den Warteraum. Wir warteten dort ca. eine Stunde. Dann fragten wir, warum wir so lange gewartet hatten. Sie meinten die Person an der Rezeption hat uns nicht als wartet eingetragen. Das soll der Grund sein! Und warum, weiss niemand. Wegen eines solchen Fehlers mussten wir einen anderen Plan absagen.
