Teeth not made properly, and after going back several times to have them re adjusted, and percervereing with them for weeks, suffering mouth uncers, roof of mouth sore and unable to eat with them I have had enough. I went back to dentist and complained once again stating that I could not eat with them and that they had spoiled my holiday, was rudely shouted at and told to go and don’t come back. I was offered a return of my money ( as of today 21st May) have not yet received. Michael my dentist then informed me that the reason my teeth not fitting is due to gums shrinking due to my age. If this is the case then why did he make them in the 1st place? This should have been told to me prior to me going through all that pain and suffering, and I would never have had them made. BAD DENTISTRY. Would not recommend.
I had to have teeth extractions and a denture fitted and was so nervous, but there was no need to be. Michael my dentist was so kind and gentle and explained everything to me. The dental nurse was so kind as well as Debbie and Marian on the front desk. I’m am so happy with my new teeth and cannot praise my dentist enough. I now have my Dental Implants in place and they are fantastic, I have my smile back thanks to everyone at Ardleigh Green Dentist.
Ardleigh Green Dental Clinic, and all the staff there, have looked after me for more than 20 years! The whole team have been amazing, always making me feel welcome, safe and confident that they will look after me with expert care.
The only reason I’m leaving is that my new home is 300 miles away! A huge thank you to the whole team, wishing you all the best for the future
