Then, when I went for my X-rays, the smock Velcro was broken. The smock wouldn’t stay up and they didn’t have extras. It was a very unprofessional setup.
Things got worse in the dental chair. Appt lasted prob no more than 5-7 mins but a terrible few mins. Room didn’t have door, so the ambience was terrible you heard all of the chaos from the waiting room. The suction to suck the water out of my mouth was broken so I was basically drowning and then an assistant start d poking a second alternate suction in my mouth when they thought too much water was there. The water machine was also broken and was splashing everywhere — was time to keep my glasses on to get essentially serve as goggles. The cleaning was aggressive and fast (chaotic, poking my gums constantly) and then just said you need a filling make an apt bye.
Will NOT be returning. Goes without saying I left without making that apt for a filling
After I left, the pain got so much worse, my face got swollen and red. On top of that, the office didn’t send my prescription to the pharmacy right away, I had to call them two times to ask for the medicines and they forgot or something, they sent it the next day.
I took antibiotics for two weeks, the pain didn’t go away for at least 7 days.
I went back to the office looking for a solution and the woman at the front desk said..” Are you still in pain? .. you should have just called us instead of coming.. the insurance doesn’t pay us anything if you come so often…”
After that, I left..and I’ll never return.
Thankfully I found another dentist who is very professional and thoughtful and he had to remove my tooth, it was very infected.
It was a horrible and disappointing experience.
My appointment was at 1:00 p.m I arrived ten minutes before and I was not assisted properly until I had to leave.
One of the employees wanted to take a picture of my tooth but she wasn’t trained for it. The magnetic cover that she was trying to use on me fell down at least 5 times. When she managed to leave the cover on, she was using the scanner wrong and it was hitting my shoulders, she has to take the picture twice unsuccessfully because she had to call someone else to assist her.
After this second person assisted her and they took me the picture I had to wait in an station for more than 45 mins and nobody came to assist me.
I had another important appointment and I had to leave at 2:15 without being assisted for a doctor.
This place didn’t call me back or tried to find a feedback from me.
