Hello! Recently I came to this office for first time and I would love to share my experience with you! The office has very modern design and good vibes, it feels extraordinary to be in the office like that!
One of the features is when lying down in the dental chair you watch TV hanging from ceiling above your head, which helped me to relax during procedure and took my attention and all tension away:)
The staff and environment are very friendly! They will welcome you with smile and they even offered me beverages and tea! Imagine that! But the most important for me was the quality of work of the doctor! I travelled all the way down from United States and it was the best decision I made. I was absolutely satisfied with everything there and I all the professionalism and skills they provided!!
Great office which I would like to strongly recommend it to all people who care about their dental health! Five stars all day long!!!!! From now and ever a loyal customer/patient 🙂

Niestety nie jestem do konca zadowolona z moich wizyt w Ars Dentistica. Personel zazwyczaj nie byl uprzejmy i wyrozumialy. Bardzo czesto czulam, ze uwagi oraz ton z jakim sie do mnie zwracano nie byl zupelnie potrzebny. Moja ostatnia wizyta upewnila mnie jedynie w przekonaniu, ze juz sie w gabinecie nie pojawie. Zglosilam sie na konsultacje w celu wyrobienia szyny relaksacyjnej, do ktorej mialam wskazania od innych dentystow oraz fizjoterapeuty. Konsultacja trwala chyba 5 minut i wyszlam z niej z wieksza iloscia pytan, niz przed. Zostalam odeslana do ortodonty z twierdzeniem “musi sie pani zastanowic co chce pani zrobic”. Myslalam, ze po to przychodze do specjalistow, aby mi doradzili? Po konsultacji z innym specjalista otrzymalam informacje, ze zostalam troche zle pokierowana i powinnam od razu zostac skierowana na wyrobienie szyny. Pieniadze i czas niestety stracone.

I am happy to give this place a 5-star review. I had a filling fall out of a wisdom tooth while staying in Krakow for a few weeks. She has the best reviews and I can see why. The quality of care was just as good as, if not better, than in the U.S. In terms of both quality of materials/facility/professionalism. Her and her staff also have a very good “bedside” manner. I would go back here anytime. The price was also excellent and she was patient while I decided what to do. Can’t thank her enough for basically saving my vacation!!
