I’ve been to different dental offices due to moving.This is by far the BEST dental office from all points of view! Since you walk in the office, the receptionist welcomes you with such warmth and happiness that goes through you and puts you in a more joyful mood.
The assistants are very helpful with accomodenting you and introducing you to the start of your dental appointment. The office is very clean and they always use clean tools that take from a sealed bag that open in front of you at each visit, so you can be relaxed and have no fear about the cleanliness of this place!
Both dentists are very professional with their work and very knowledgeable. They helped me gain more confidence smiling, and with the hard work they’ve done on me I’m like a new person!
Also the insurance coordinator is amazing at her job! She helped me get better insurance than what I had when I came in the first time. I’m not really good with what regards insurance, but she was so kind and patient and for the visits I had I would ask her what my copay was and she always told me. (so good to not have surprises when you just go to the office not knowing if you’re gonna have anything to pay.)

I don’t have enough words to thank them.
I recommend this place with all my heart to anybody that wants to smile in full confidence and feel good about it!
Don’t waste your time with other places, come to the absolute BEST!

This is explicitly due to the staff. Receptionist, believe her name is Estera (dark hair, accent). She has made this an awful experience for us. She is short with us over the phone and talks down to us. In addition, despite calling and asking for “next available” appointments, she schedules them as “emergency visits” and charges us $130-ish for said visits. She will not let us speak with the doctors over the phone for issues the doctor is only able to explain. We have been putting up with this for the past 4-5 years, but no more. Art Dental has lost a family of 7 (and referrals) as customers due to Estera’s behavior only.

After reading other reviews, it looks like other patients have the same issues with RUDE behavior.

Dr. Dimitrie Nastasa is great otherwise, very caring and thorough.
We have had a FANTASTIC experience with him. Unfortunately, we will be looking elsewhere for our dental needs…
