Do not use them. They are very dishonest company. I was told my insurance was accepted. When got to the appointment I signed forms then told in the treatment chair. That my insurance was not accepted. Mind you this happened a year ago. So I had to pay out of pocket that day. In which I signed up for thru a 3rd party like care credit to pay for my work. They got the money that day. Fast forward one year later I get a Text saying my insurance didn’t cover and I have a balance. I called the office they told me that they did bill my insurance and it timed out for timely filing meaning they didn’t do their job. First call they said they took time to review accounts. It’s why it took a year to contact me. Now saying timing filing for insurance that was never accepted and told was not being billed. They apparently got paid double dipping. Completely crooks. I am filing a complaint against them to the Bbb as well as ftca. Do not use their company. A manager has yet to call me and I’ve called twice.

New customers beware. ASAP has a history of canceling appointments with little or no notice. It happened again today for my daughter. No calls, no voicemail, no text, no email. My wife has already left for this reason. My three remaining children will now be leaving. After 15 years, I will be the only remaining until they cancel on me. Dr Skigen managed it well. She sold the practice. ASAP leadership does not manage it well. Positives: Although the hygienists don’t stay long, they have always been pleasant and do a good job. The doctors are professional also. The facility always appears clean. The equipment modern. Front office staff pleasant. Rarely mistake charges and no upselling. However, the cancelled appointments year after year make ASAP no longer an acceptable option. I have complained before to management. Still the same problem. I will be reporting them to the BBB Better Business Bureau..

I love the Bonneval location. I went in after many years of dental problems and pain and they handled my issues with professionalism and care. I’ll be going in for dental extractions and I trust them completely. I was terrified of my situation but the Doctor and staff helped ease my mind and come up with an affordable care plan to get my teeth back to good standing. I also appreciate their love towards WWP for veterans because the VA does not help with dental unless 100% or service connected dental issues. Thanks again!
