Reviews:
I’ve been a patient at this office for 6 years or so, beginning with Dr. Jackson. After he retired, I’ve been in every six months for cleaning and check-ups, and both the front and back office staff are nice, efficient and obviously highly skilled.
Last week I broke a tooth and called for an appointment to have it fixed. I told them I wasn’t emergent since I had no pain or sensitivity, and the got me in just two days later. I walked right in to the exam room with zero waiting and the Dr. was with me immediately. He did a quick exam, referring to my x-rays from a past visit.
They gave me three common sense options ranging from a minimal repair to a crown. They explained the likely results of each as well as pricing with no pressure at all.
I elected to have the old filling replaced and the fracture repair.
They immediately put the plan into action play after asking me if I had the time. Dr. Kitchell gave me the least painful anesthetic shot I’ve ever had and completed everything in less than a half hour. The new filling looks much better than the old metal one and the fit and appearance are flawless.
So it was a great experience overall. Amazing staff, talented Dr. and expedited service.
It really just doesn’t get any better than this. If you’re looking for a great place to have your dental needs met with skill and happy competence, this is the place.
Awesome staff! Everyone is very sweet and inviting. I’m also extremely grateful to Dr. Omura. I have TMJ and one day woke up with extreme pain in my right jaw joint. I went to my primary care and they referred me to Aspen Dental, and aspen dental said it was a problem with my bone, so they referred me back to my primary care. I was then sent to a chiropractor who reset my jaw (EXTREMELY painful). And it didn’t help. And finally I was sent to an oral surgeon who was going to flush out my joint to see if that would help it, and if that didn’t work he said the next step would be surgery to reset my jaw. A family friend told me about Dr. Omura, so I made an appointment and was amazed at how much he was able to help me after everything I had gone through. He explained to me that due to my tmj, the bone slipping in and out of the joint, it caused me to slip a disk in the joint, and attached to the disk are nerves and ligaments. So every time I opened and closed my mouth, I was opening and closing on those nerves and ligaments. Dr. Omura made me special night guards that helped push the bone back into the joint, giving the nerves and ligaments time to heal. I’m so grateful to him and the staff for their kindness and help. I felt like I was out of hope, and in so much pain, no one could give me answers, but this man was finally able to help me.
This is a nightmare dentist. A friend brought me in for tooth pain. I asked how much it would be and the receptionist told me that the dentist would need to see me to give me an estimate for one filling. I went in, sat down and the dentist said open. I opened my mouth and he said your cap is worn, I can’t help you… he dismissed me and left the room. The receptionist said: “that will be $75.” The entire appointment took less than 5 minutes for him come in to tell me he could not help me. He did not look at any other teeth, just one tooth. At the rate of $75 for less than five minutes, this dentist charges $900 an hour. I was in tears when I left. I wouldn’t wish this dentist on my worst enemy. I did not expect that he would be the age of my son. According to my friend, that was the dentist’s nephew. Cha, ching $$$. I left in tears without being offered a receipt for cash.
