I have severe anxiety when it comes to anything dental related. I had to have a bottom molar removed and this was my first tooth removal so my anxiety was through the roof! The very first appointment was an xray, the oral surgeon taking a look and going over my options and finance options. In the end I decided to just have it pulled. They got me in the very next week. I went in crying! Almost canceled. I was terrified but right away the nurse put me at ease. While waiting on my jaw to numb, she stayed in the room the whole time to talk about anything and everything! I wish I caught her name but she was soooo sweet! Then dr. Garver came in and started the extraction process. Talked me through it the whole time and used very encouraging and sweet words. Both Dr. Garver and the nurse were so kind and amazing! I will definitely be coming back here for any dental needs shall I ever need anymore dental work just because of these 2 amazing people!

From the moment I walked in the door I was put at ease. I was greeted by friendly staff who understand that people have anxiety related to going to the dentist. The technician that did my X-rays and stayed with me throughout the visit was top notch . ( I feel bad that I don’t remember her name, I was extremely anxious at the start of the visit when she introduced herself). She put me at ease, understood my concerns and did not make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth). Dr Garvey was wonderful. He talked to me, not down at me. He was empathetic. He asked what I wanted/expected. He went over all options with clear and precise explanations. The billing personal provided me with up front cost of the procedures I chose, complete with finance options if needed. The cost is comparable to what I researched and I even received a discount because I had no insurance. I am very happy that I chose to go to Aspen .

Be aware!! This place is horrible !! They replaced a filling and it fell out in less then six months, So I made an appointment to get it replaced again… The dentist refused to replace it even though I pre-paid to have it done that day..basically trying to upsell me on different procedures when I wouldn’t buy he walked away and the Dental hygienist proceeded to tell me how this was Aspen dental’s Corporate policies and I needed to understand that since the dentist was “prescribing ” this I needed it..seriously I just needed the hole in my tooth filled..they did nothing and refused to give me back my money even though they did NOTHING that day.
I have since had the filling replaced from a dentist that’s been practicing for 20+ years with absolutely no issues or upsells and he informed me it should last at least 10 years. Don’t let this happen to you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
