I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 4 years and was expecting a lot of work needing to be done besides the cracked crown I originally went in for. I needed a very deep cleaning that I knew would be painful. My hygienist, Jasmine, kept asking me if I wanted the Novocain shots for the pain because she would have to dig deep. I insisted no shots – only the numbing gel. Jasmine did such a great job, that even though there were a few painful moments during the cleaning, I had NO gum pain after about 30 minutes – normally would have been hurting into the next day. Jasmine did such a great job that I didn’t have to experience all that pain. Still have work to do, but if Jasmine keeps doing her thing, everything will be fine! Thanks!

Would love to give high marks for the staff of the Aspen Dental, Apache junction office. Warm welcome, clean environment above and beyond friendly staff.

Chris was very friendly and informative. He really set the time and put us at ease when my daughter and I were brought back. Dr. W, was super friendly gave us the pros and cons of both aligners and braces so that we could make an informed decision.

Jasmine who checked us out and gave us our referral was also very friendly. She chatted with us for a while and really solidified our experience.

Received excellent service from the staff at this location. Walked in unannounced at 11:30ish with an issue with one of the teeth in my plate. They took the denture and asked me to return at 2pm to pick it up. I did just that and the repair was completely unnoticeable and I was given a discount on the repair. You gotta like that. Thanks Aspen for your great service, replacement time is coming up so I will drop back.
