I have been very disappointed in my dealing with Aspen Dental. I will start with the positives – their facilities are clean and overall the staff is nice. The negatives- I had to get a tooth extracted and it was literally top 3 worst experiences of my life! The dentist who did it was not able to get a hold of the tooth and proceeded to use every instrument available to try to get it out. It was horrendous. She ended up breaking my tooth and then had to get yet another tool. At this point I’m terrified and really trying to hold it together so I don’t flip out… I’m already crying and overwhelmed and there appeared to be a lack of empathy for my experience due to this incompetence.

For this reason – I had decided to not go there again. Now for some reason over the past 3-4 months I am getting random bills in the mail from them. I paid them in full long ago and even called the office where they confirmed that to be the case!!

Yet I am still receiving bills. In fact I just received a text message regarding an alleged balance owed and called the number on their invoice. After waiting 25 minutes on hold I get connected to what sounds like someone overseas who can’t hear me…then proceeds to hang up on me! I’m tired and don’t have the energy for this.

I do not recommend them at all and am very very disappointed with my overall experience.

After I was lied to about my refund of 900.00. The dentist gave a terrible root canal. 3 months later my jaw was still hurting. Went to another dentist she took an X-ray and showed how the root canal was not cleaned out. I had to go back to the dentist for them to send me somewhere else. I am so depressed right now, trying to get to another dentist to get my mouth to stop hurting, is there a lawyer out there who can help me? I was treated so poorly. This has been a tough experience, never received my money back that was promised. On top of that they tried to trick me into getting a cleaning that I already had 3months earlier so they could charge me. When I got my root canal, the assistant could not put the temporary crown on , so she made me leave and told me ,” trust me your tooth will be ok”. Well I paid for the temporary . Then when I called back that Monday, they refused to put on the temporary and scheduled me for the next week. I want my money back for the 900. and the root canal. Can someone help me to get my money back. I see they do not have good standings with BBB. I will start there if they don’t do something to compensate me…….

I am not one for posting negative thoughts, but I truly tried to give this business another chance. After dealing with them since ~830am until around noon, nothing was accomplished besides X-rays. I literally had to leave because they had me in the green room for so long. I was asked if I wanted to come in earlier for my appointment (which I did) and when I drove all the way over there, the lady told me I could not be seen because they were backed up. I tried to explain to her that the lady called and told me to come in at that time… I left (did not cause a scene) and was called about 15 minutes later and asked to come back. When I arrived,
I still had to wait. I got to the back and only received X-rays and saw spoke to the dentist.
Waited in the green room for the longest…I was there dealing with them so long and no one came in, I had to go-so I left.

The communication and lack of patient care is horrendous at this location.
