Where do I start, I had an appointment with this location, the wait time was pretty reasonable the front desk clerk was polite and also the assistant that took me in the back for my x-ray. So as I’m waiting for the doctor, the front desk clerk comes in and ask me about my insurance as she was doing so the doctor walked in and once she told him she was verifying my insurance he said I’ll be back as if I wasn’t sitting there at all. The minute my insurance was verified he came strolling back in. Then he sends me to see the office manager and her attitude was no better. I informed her that I did NOT want my credit ran she says okay and gives me this outrageous total for the work O would be receiving. I asked her was this with my insurance, she says no , you don’t have any. I informed her that I did and showed her my cards and she then says “I don’t know if we take this, I’ll have to call and it could be all day, so I’ll give you a call first thing in the morning.” I’ve yet to here from her. Bottom line they are the most non compassionate folks I’ve ever interacted with, just down right rude! The doctor even said “damn you lost those” to my face. I will not/never return, it amazes me that they are still in business, this is no way to treat people under no circumstance. I wouldn’t recommend a pet to get dental work done here, just down right disgusting. Thank you to the ones who did show concern and compassion, I feel sorry for you to have to work under such douchebags. The start I gave were for the front desk clerk and the assistant, at least they know how to treat people.

I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one that have seen issues with this place. The only person that has talked to you in nice welcoming manner is the girl in front desk. Every one else either has attitude or has no clue what you are here for. I have been given 4 different quotes for same treatment. I have been charged extra and when you asked why you get told they are not sure and they will take it off. You have to explain each person what you are here for every time you go. If you want to reschedule you appointment.you just have to talk to right person other wise you get told. They do have any openings. Then when you get fed up with all this and tell them that you’ll just go for treatment somewhere else then all the sudden within 5 mins appointments get rescheduled and I get a email about it and call back. The experience has been really been uncomfortable here to the point where you ask you self do you really want to get treated at a place where no one’s prepare for your appointment. After reading the review of other people having same type of situation in same week that confirms the fact that it’s wasn’t just me who felt this but other’s as well.

Went in for an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth 3 weeks ago. Temporary filling placed, only to be popped out during a cleaning the next day.
Asked would they replace the Temporary filling due to it being popped out. Was told the DDS was busy with other patients and unavailable to do so.

Fast forward to today, appointment verified and confirmed week prior, 2 days prior, verbally the day before. ONLY TO ARRIVE AND TOLD MY APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELED WHILE WAITING TO BE CHECKED IN!!!!

After waiting WEEKS and adjusting my entire schedule for fillings.

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE!!!

OH, and the reschedule date was another month out!!.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Unless you have time and money to waste.
