I did not have a good experience at aspen dental. The first day I showed up I was early and on time for my appointment I ended up waiting until every person got called back. It ended up being 45 min later. I came back a week later for my next scheduled appointment I had a few appointments booked. They could not find my appointment I had it on my paper they gave me and they also emailed me about my appointment. No one ever called me to cancel or anything and I never called and canceled my appointment. Nobody seemed to know what happened. And that I should make another appointment since they would not have time to see me that day. I said to her no thank you I am not rescheduling I had to leave work to come there for my appointment that nobody knows what happened to. I asked her if I could cancel all further appointments that I had booked with them and to cancel dental credit card I had taken out. She said I could and my down payment of 430 would go back on the form of payment that was used. That was on June 3rd and I have still not seen anything. It is June 22nd now. I have called 2 times now about it. Every time I call they give me a different answer. Which is becoming very frustrating. I talked to a manager yesterday and she said she would call me back after she looked into it further. That never happened. I just want my 430 back that I put down as a down payment that I was told would be back on my card in ten business days. I think they should educate staff a little more on there proper protocol. Seems everyone is not on same page and are confused on the process. They tell me something different every time I call.
Would love it if the front office staff had any idea how to do their job. I’ve had two appointments canceled for unclear reasons and when trying to reschedule the phone system has hung up on me about a dozen times. When I get through to someone (on the phone and in person) they seem as if they’ve never done any of this before. They’ve had to ask two or three different people how to schedule my appointments and what my bill would be. The incompetence in the front office makes me pretty dubious about the quality of the dentistry. Maybe consider a different location or different business altogether.
I went in with an abscess and was in a ton of pain. I felt very judged by the dental assistant who initially checked on my mouth. The dentist spent maybe 4-5 minutes with me before sending me to the financial person’s office where I was told I had to agree to financing with an incredibly high interest rate before even making another appointment to fix my tooth. I felt very preyed upon while in pain and without insurance. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone.
