I recently had a disappointing experience at this dental office during what was supposed to be my first visit for a routine cleaning. Despite having confirmed my appointment twice–once via a confirmation text and again through a phone call that lasted four minutes–I was made to feel as if they were doing me the favor staying but only to for x-rays but I would have to reschedule the cleaning when I arrived. I even showed proof of my appointment confirmation, but it made no difference.

To add to the frustration, I was quoted one price for self-pay over the phone, but when I arrived, the office manager quoted a significantly higher price. I explained to the office manager she did not need to go into the same explanation over and over because my teenage daughter was standing there listening to all of this but she did just kept going. I tried to address these issues, the manager was unprofessional and entirely unaccommodating from start to finish and I feel uncomfortable going back.

This experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a new patient. I would not recommend this office based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I encountered.

While the staff themselves were very friendly , i definitely felt this place was all about the money. I wanted to just treat the one thing I came in for instead they told me all these other things they wished to do. When it was time to checkout I received a very high bill with a breakdown of all the things they wished to do. When I told them that I would just like to take care of what was causing me a problem at this time they told me that I needed to take care of everything at once and they couldn’t just address my tooth pain itself. Since my insurance was not accepted and this would all be out of pocket they knew exactly what they were doing. I have never heard of a place refusing something as simple as a cleaning without getting the other thousands of dollars of work done.

UPDATE : i got a second opinion and was told everything that was recommended by you guys was not needed or necessary which further shows me what a scam this place is !!!!

Overall everyone was so nice, and didn’t wait for too long at all. The way they book things is a bit weird like you don’t get the cleaning right away if they don’t have the availability, you’d have to come back for that and they do the evaluation first. Overall, experience was great! The guy who took my x-rays (Jimmy I think) was so so nice! If looking for a new dentist, this is a great place.
