I came in to Aspen dental to complete a a simple yearly dental cleaning and they told me I had all these other procedures I needed done and I would need to pay $500.00 out of pocket . I was a little annoyed by it but I went to finance anyways because I could not afford it at the time. But something told me to get a second opinion and leave , so I left . Forward a couple of weeks later I realized they charged my insurance for services they never rendered . They said I received a prophylaxis, fluoride treatment , and medications none of which I received or done . I did not get these services because they said I had all these costly procedures I needed done first because I was showing early stages of periodontal disease. I call corporate about a reversal of charges and they said I needed to speak to office about it , I spoke to receptionist she said they would look into it. Keep in mind she was already showing signs of attitude and was acting like she didn’t understand my concerns . Called today and the receptionist tells me they are siding with hygienist due to the hygienist licensing being at stake for charging me for services they never did . At this point I am fuming because I did not receive services and I cannot recharge my insurance for another cleaning from a different dental facility. I ask receptionist if I can speak to someone else about this because it is not right and she says condescendingly ” you can speak to someone else but there’s nothing more that can really be said or be spoken about ” . I live a couple minutes down the road and I came in and raised hell. I wanted them to look me in my face and look at my teeth and tell me they performed a cleaning on me. Luckily the helpful and kind office manager listened to my concerns and reversed the charges or I would have gotten lawyers involved . Get a new receptionist Aspen dental! And start treating customers like their concerns are valid! It shouldn’t have taken me acting like a fool for someone to take me seriously ! Won’t be coming here again and I don’t recommend it for people who are on a budget!

Last minute extremely painful break of years old filling. Call the website number to book appointment. They had a same day Saturday appointment. Caring and attentive staff. Was taken right back upon arrival and examined. Within minutes had a plan to remove tooth same day. Walked out sore but thankful for quick results. I am a chicken with dentist so I was happy it went so smooth and fast. Thank you for all the love and care shown by everyone working yesterday.

Gave this place a try and they were nothing but awesome. Took our insurance, explained everything in detail. Had a tooth extracted , no pain so far and it’s been 12 hrs. Every single person there was very welcoming and friendly. The doctor and her assistant were very patient with me as I get little nervous with the shots. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience when loosing a tooth. thanks to everyone at that office
