Reviews:
I scheduled my appointment a month in advance for a Saturday. The week prior to my appointment I get the confirmation text and I confirm my appointment. The week of the appointment, 3 days after I have confirmed, I get a message saying I need to reschedule. No big deal. I call Monday. The phone number they gave me took me to a NY office. No big deal. They respond to my call the same day telling me it’s the wrong office. Respectable. No issue. I call the office number I got off Google bc the one in my rescheduling message was clearly wrong. I leave a voicemail. They finally call me back the Thursday before my appointment. Little late, but okay. I say I’m willing to reschedule for another Saturday up to a month out again. Their office isn’t open every Saturday and they couldnt offer me another appointment that fits my need for a saturday appointment. So I ask, my appointment has been scheduled for a month, I’ve already confirmed the appointment, did this person who’s appointment takes priority schedule before me? They confirm on the phone implants are a time sensitive appointment. Not my problem. I’m sorry but I scheduled a month in advance, confirmed the appointment the same day I got the message. A NY office called me back before this office did. And this office was no help in scheduling a new appointment because despite my own schedule being time sensitive somebody who is a last minute appointment took priority. The woman’s customer service sucked. She couldn’t offer me a valid reason as to why I had to reschedule despite me initially being very willing to take another Saturday even if it was a month out again. I will not be convinced to change my appointment so somebody older who wasn’t as responsible in planning can get an appointment. At least if you need to reschedule you should be willing to give me the same day of the week that I planned a month in advance for. Clearly I have a job and I’m a paying customer because my work schedule doesn’t allow me to take a weekday. If I could give 0 stars for that experience, I would. I work a job where I see 4 to 5 potential clients a day. Last minute rescheduling to prioritize a last minute appointment is completely unprofessional. Do better. I wouldn’t do it to my clients, I’d expect the same respect when scheduling my own appointments.
My recent visit to Aspen Dental left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. The only person who treated me like a human being was the receptionist. However, the doctor and his assistant seemed more interested in upselling me the most expensive treatment without considering alternatives or providing a genuine explanation for their recommendations.

When I suggested a temporary solution for a broken tooth, the response was dismissive, claiming the doctor “ethically cannot perform that.” Even when I asked for a refund for the brief consultation, I was met with resistance, being told that the doctor had “already seen me” for less than two minutes.

Thankfully, the receptionist empathized with my situation and worked to process the refund, though it will take 7 to 10 days to complete.

Feeling so bad by my experience, I sought treatment elsewhere at Cross Creek Dental, where the contrast was remarkable. The staff listened attentively, offered explanations for their recommendations, and genuinely cared about my well-being. They even provided a temporary solution while advising me on the necessity of a dental crown in the future.

The team at Cross Creek Dental was simply awesome. Cristy (or perhaps Cristine, my apologies if I didn’t quite catch the name) made me feel like she had known me for ages. She created a warm and comfortable environment, taking the time to understand my background and remaining professional throughout the procedure. She truly made my day, and I cannot thank her enough. If you are reading this review, know that I wholeheartedly recommend Cross Creek Dental without any hesitation!

I can not express how much I liked this place and the staff. They are wonderful, professional and so very helpful and caring. The lady who did my X-rays name was Rey and I could not have asked for a better experience. She made sure my safety was first and she made sure that she did not hurt me because we all know those teeth X-rays hurt but mine did not. I appreciate the staff there especially the way they did not press you to get something you could not afford. Thank you all at Aspen Dental for a great experience
