Well I came in Friday to see if they can help with my tooth hurting, I was really disappointed after being there for two hours and they did nothing but come up with a treatment plan but they didn’t want to do any work. The dentist there told me I had an infection and would send an antibiotic only to not send the medicine and then I called them to let them know they only sent ibuprofen. So even though set me appointment for Tuesday I still won’t get the help because they didn’t make sure I got the antibiotic. People remember this; everyone is not willing to help and act like they do . I’m pretty sure they treat others better looking at the reviews I was hoping i would’ve gotten the same. Currently I’m so much pain. Now it’s worse than it was before. UPDATE: So I get a call from Aspen more concerned about this review then the fact that I had dental emergency that did not get resolved and instead all Memorial Day weekend I was in pain unable to sleep and eat. They finally sent the prescription Sunday for the antibiotic but by then I had already left. I’m not going to blame my pharmacy for this but I know unprofessionally the call from this location was more concerned about this review from me. I would post a picture of how bad the abscess got by Monday but when your in pain your not thinking about taking a picture. Will not suggest this location to any of my family and friends that’s here in the keys or in Miami; it’s best they go to Orlando or somewhere like that. Thanks Aspen for no help and once I again I get it., I was a patient that wasn’t important enough to even receive antibiotics before my appointment today Tuesday. Knowing well that they were not going to see me if the infection was still there antibiotic’s take up to(7)days. No I’m not taking down.

From the moment I stepped into Aspen Dental, the front desk receptionist, Chris, made me feel welcome with a great smile, almost like family. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Farid Cumplido for his attentive care and assistance with my denture problem. He is a great and friendly doctor who made me feel confident and secure throughout the process. I highly recommend him and his team the girls who work there are sweat hearts.thank you also to lisset and Gaby for making feel so safe and not nervous in general Awsome people once again I highly recommend them.

The team at Aspen Dental were incredible from the very first phone call to coming into the office every team member was very helpful and tended to my dental needs. The team at Aspen took the time to educate me on my treatment plan and even got me financed for services to be performed the same day. Everyone was very informative and took the time to explain all steps that would be taken during my procedure and what would need to occur after. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who is in need of any dental work or who is in the market for a new dentist.
