The dental hygienist was very nice. The lady who took my x-rays when I first got there was nice, but very rushed. I had an appointment for an evaluation for a lot of dental work after a very bad accident. I felt like I was at a car dealership. The dentist was far less concerned about the health of my teeth and me being comfortable with solutions than he was with getting me to agree that I was understanding what those options are. I made an appointment for 4pm the next Monday. I made this appointment in person with the office manager, Beth. A few days later, my appointment was changed to 3:30 pm, a time I coukd not possibly make. Nobody would answer the phone or return my call to let me know why it was changed or to help me get a time I could get there. We went to my appointment at 4pm anyway to find out what happened and if we wanted to spend anywhere near $20,000 for implants ourselves or with insurance. No apology. They did not care at all about our time or that we are people who have schedules to coordinate. I would not waste my time there again.

I went to Aspen Dental excited to be getting a partial. They are the experts, not me. I know that I have a bony growth on the inside of my gum. I had assumed with their experience they would be able to work around it. When I picked up my partial, I could wear it. The bony protrusion would not allow it. They worked on it for over an hour. I asked for a refund. They asked me to try it over the weekend and they would refund my money if it didn’t work. I did and it didn’t. I went back for my refund. They said they couldn’t issue a refund until my insurance paid. They had filed with the wrong insurance. Fast forward 1 year. I am still fighting for my refund. I am not giving up. Don’t go there if you have any thing that is out of the ordinary to deal with. And don’t believe the satisfaction insured lie.

After searching for two years for a dental office who would actually help me, I have finally found one. I’m so happy and excited I went for my visit today!
I had pretty much given up on the work I needed done because I just didn’t have the tens of thousands of dollars it was going to cost. Well, all that changed today, thanks to Beth the office manager! She went above and beyond to help me find financing and put together something that would work with my budget.
