New dentist after I moved to Marble Falls. I have a complex medical and surgical history. The assistant and the dentist were kind, patient and they gave thorough instructions re: what to expect during every step of this visit and future visits depending upon the treatment plan I felt was the best option for me. They offered me ample opportunity to ask questions. The office manager reviewed the various treatment options and cost. I had several questions about payment options and she was willing to work with me. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision today. I could take home the printed options that included the steps to explain each visit and the associated costs.
Because I felt so strongly that I was in a great practice with a staff that aimed to provide stellar customer service, treated me with dignity and respect even if I didn’t feel comfortable or confident with my messed up smile, and they continued to make sure that I was okay since my mouth problems cause immense pain, especially when taking impressions and X-rays/scans, I decided to get my procedure planned and pay the first installment. I highly recommend Dr Castillo and her team at Aspen Dental in Marble Falls.

I don’t know where to begin one of the best dentist I have ever been to. Due to my past traumas with dentist, I struggled to find Someone that I could consider return to again. I had a tooth extraction, and I cannot express how gentle Mrs Castillo is, she has a great passion for her to and her patients.
Her team is absolutely amazing. I will continue all my work here from now on.

As always, my appointment went smoothly and on time. The doctors were proficient with the new technologies used in my treatment plan and explained all the steps as they moved through them. They were focused on a good outcome for me. The doctor’s gentle touch made for a painless visit and the staff, from the front desk to the dental assistant were all friendly and helpful.
