If I could give you no stars I would and honestly these reviews are fake or the customers didn’t realize how they’ve been messed over yet. I went to Aspen in 2021 at the merrillville Indiana office to get 2 implants. Fast forward to 2024 one of my implants came out. I remembered Aspen adversities they have a 5 year warranty. So when I called the merrillville in office to book an appointment and ask about the warranty policy the very rude and dismissive receptionist told me they don’t have a warranty as if it isn’t stated on the website. Then when I called another aspen in Chicago to inquire about a warranty they informed me they do have one but if I wanted to make an appointment I would have to settle a “debt” of 112 from 2021. This is my first time hearing about this amount being due. So I called Merrillville again and the very poorly trained receptionist would not connect me to the office manager. So I called corporate to express my concerns who informed me that the specific location has final say in whether they would honor their warranty which again is advertised on their site. Also this warranty was advertised by the financial manager at the time to get my business. Two weeks past and I finally got to speak to a manager LISA who informed me they would look into the 112 bill although I informed her I paid my debt in full through Care credit and my visa credit card in 2021. She also assured me I would be able to see the doctor WITHOUT paying this random debt I know I do not owe. So against my better judgment I showed up and was lied to about this debt. They claim the following highlighted debt was because my insurance company didn’t pay for it. However my insurance never paid anything again I paid through CARE CREDIT CARDS AND VISA! My insurance at the time was not in the financial conversation of this. Anyhow on the paper work it states the difference the insurance didn’t pay is 148$ however they billed me 3 years later after I called them for 112…(where did that 36$ go!???) then I told them they never billed me or insurance for this . So she offered a 20% discount on the debt…yall do the math. Because as an accountant I did. this company clearly is lying and faking their financial record and it scream fraud. here is the evidence. aspen I will make sure I report you all to every agency you’re apart of for financial fraud, false advertisement, and unethical business practices. Which you all have been doing and settling cases for since your existence NEVER GO HERE!!!!

In November 2023,on my first visit I came home and gave Aspen a 5 star review. The staff and dentist were nice and professional but after a few visits the attitude changed. There was comments made that I was listening to that was totally unprofessional about me between the Dr and his assistant and when my insurance company was charged the discount I was supposed to receive was left off and after being told I was covered, I ended up with a balance ! My husband has had a similar experience so I have NOTHING positive to say about Aspen dental in Merrillville and I removed the first post.

I go back and get soft liner and said I still owed 600 dollars after signing contract. Manager said it was a estimate. So you’re estimation is ok 600 dollars. Today got bill itemized. And what I signed for. Got receipt for 600 but no explanation at all for what. Called billing on hold over an hour and crickets. Some one reads this better make good. Or I will make it my life’s mission to let people know how dishonest your business really is. Pitiful just Pitiful.
