Reviews:
I arrived and was well received. After I was seated in the dental chair. I was understanding from my last appointment that the work was to be on the outside of the tooth. When the dentist came in she give me the shot to numb the tooth. She examined the tooth and then returned from checking the records and found out that either her or the other dentist notes were wrong on the location of the work. The other dentist noted to me that the cavity is located on the outside of the tooth and not between teeth. She did show the xray of the tooth and where the work was to really happen. It seems to me that it was a failure to check my records out before numbing me. Then to add injury to this an office staffer asked me if I wanted to continue because there was an additional cost after I already paid once. After the work was completed I was asked how I felt, but non after care instructions was given to me. All of these incidents made me feel that there was a lack of care for her patient. I was pleased my previous visits to the dentist. So my question is, why the change?
I came to Aspen Dental Pleasant Prairie Kenosha for my tooth extraction, implant, and crowns. The dentist and service is great; however the schedule is not as quick as expected. I has to wear a temporary cosmetic crown while waiting for my new crown installed. I was told if my temporary was broken, the technician can help me put the new temporary back easily so that I can be in public with my confident smile. Having my empty front teeth covered with the temporary teeth is the commitment of the clinic to my treatment plan. I called and the receptionist told me that I have to wait for the next 3 weeks just to get in for a temporary cosmetic crown which is a simple work can be done by any technicians. I understood the dental clinic is so busy and fully booked but they should consider have few time slots opening for emergency dental need for clients. I would recommend this dental clinic to family and friends if they can improve their time for clients better.
They were nice people , but this place is expensive.
Came in in pain, left in pain too.

I can’t sleep eat or work right now due to these wisdom teeth growing in. IM IN PAIN! Amoxicillin is what they gave me! This is horrible I’ll be back tomorrow morning.

I feel stereotyped because of the lack of care they gave me.I showed up an hr early, waited that whole hour went through the X-rays and had this lady with picks picking at my teeth while in pain. I’m over here swishing water around in my mouth cause it burns while it causing a huge migraine.
I can’t go on like this. this is like the 3rd day where I can’t sleep. I have to work! and I drive Amazon trucks. I can’t be tired. Or in pain! For me to leave without a real prescription is absurd! I have taken like 30 Tylenol pms within the last two days. They aren’t even putting me to sleep nor helping with this horrible pain.
