Making an appointment, receiving text reminders and being greeted in the most welcoming manner all started my Aspen Dental experience on a very high note! I was treated warmly and respectfully by the receptionist. After only a few minutes Patricia came to take me back for X-rays. She was fun and very delightful. Next I was introduced to Marko, the hygienist. He was brilliant and explained my situation clearly, laying out a potential plan for my dental health. Then came Doc, he explained even more options concerning his recommendations. Each person continued my information at a level I understood and consistently asked if I had questions. Next Mavie and Navann explained the next steps, how to pay and pay options. I felt so comfortable with these ladies guidance. Now I’m set for my next appointment without any concerns at all!
