Overall, very poor experience. Sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes past my appointment time as I watched multiple people come and go ahead of me (I arrived at 7:50 for an 8:00 appointment). I was willing to let that go because I understand that things happen sometimes. After I asked about how much longer they thought it might be, I was called back by the girl who did my X-rays who was very short with me and acted like I was inconveniencing her. The hygienist was great (she was the only one who was nice and professional). They didn’t address any of the issues I came in for because “there isn’t enough time” which leads me to question if there would have been enough time if they didn’t forget about me in the waiting room…
They were willing to schedule my treatment on a different day, but not without collecting a deposit first. It seems that their priorities are not to help people, but to line their pockets. I definitely should have trusted my gut and walked out when I realized that they probably just forgot about me. If you have any sort of dental anxiety, this is definitely NOT the place for you!

My first visit as a their client was great, dental assistant who assisted me Aug. 8, 2024 at 930am appointment was excellent client service. She greeted me and assisted me all waydown to my oral x-ray. Then, Dr. Whitman, is also good in her assessment to me and explains well about the plans for my dental procedures that needs to be done for my teeth. The secretary who will process the fees of the plans, also offers me options on how I can finance my dental treatment with Aspen Dental. She gave me options for my appointments and guided me all through the process until the approval of my financing. Thank you Aspen Dental, hope it will be tge same service during my next followng appointments with you guys.

Scheduled my first visit online which was super convenient. Took advantage of their Saturday hours so I wouldn’t miss work. The staff was very helpful and professional during my appointment. The doctor needed to extract a tooth and I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of my initial visit. The doctor had a wonderful bedside manner and it only took 20 minutes for the whole extraction. I was also able to drive myself home without needing someone else to drive me by opting for a no pain medicine numbing procedure only. And best of all their prices were lower than everybody else. Would recommend fully.
