I want to start off by saying that I had a new patient appointment scheduled a few months back . I received a call the day of regarding the appointment and that it needed to be rescheduled. Fast forward to today, the rescheduled appointment. My Appointment time was scheduled for 4:00, but I was told to come in by 3:45. I arrived early , signed in and completed the paperwork. I waited and waited. With the lobby being so packed, I just assumed that they would eventually call me back. I was trying to have some patience. It is now approximately 2 hours later. Someone finally got my attention. I informed the person that I was here since 3:45 & was never called back. After looking at the computer, she then proceeded to inform me that the young lady who was at the front desk did not check me in. How disappointing & unprofessional. Not only was my time wasted, but I also took off of work for this appointment! Not to mention, I have braces on so staying on top of my appointments is crucial. If traveling to Columbia to be seen is what I have to do; then so be it. But one thing is for certain Aspen Dental has left me with a bad experience and I rather not waste my time again with attempting to schedule another appointment.

I received my partial fitting yesterday. I was told by the technician to try it out and if I needed an adjustment, just call and schedule an appointment. After eating, I noticed that the partial felt like it was coming out and there was a feeling like the partial was loose. Called first thing this morning to schedule a refitting, to my surprise, I have to wait another month for an appointment. Took my partial out and will wait. Taking 2 1/2 months just to get a partial. Not real pleased with these people.

My name is Nancy Gates. I went to aspen dental here in Sumter South Carolina, and three hours of waiting. I finally got x-rays and no exam the worst possible place you could go to do not go to Aspen dental in Sumter South Carolina unless you want to wait in the waiting room that has five chairs and 20 people waiting in line. Do you know you’re in big trouble when you say that and nobody walk in the front desk Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible experience !!
