I agree with other users. They make you pay out of pocket then way later charge your second insurance company. I have had these 2 same insurance companies for years they work together and you have minimal to no co payment. I go in I tell them I have a blood clotting disorder that will be mistaken for gum disease. So they do my first cleaning my company pays for 2 a year she must’ve wrote down I have gum disease. The Second Lady says well you need a deep cleaning but I can do it in one day cause your teeth look phenomenal idk what they looked like last visit I’d have to see the notes. But charged me for a deep clean. Then as I’m sitting in the chair they are grinding and prepping for a root canal till later the doctor ask is this already a root canal? Pin was ground all the way down. Now I have to find another dentist to fix due to I have a weird odor coming from it and I can feel it moving around. It don’t stop there I was charged for a full root canal yup you heard me right. Then my flexi partial comes in omg I told them they didn’t fit even after they adjusted them. My gums are so swollen it isn’t funny I can’t wear them. Then My husband got a text about a cleaning that he never set up. He said well maybe I did and forgot. I said well I know I didn’t set one up cause I told them not to that I will call when the time comes I had a job where I couldn’t just take off cause they don’t have hours that fit my need. Well sure enough I got a text saying the same thing. Now don’t stop there. I’ve been calling the office for a week now to cancel guess what no answer if I get a charge for miss appointment for me or my husband there will be no payment you put on my credit I will see what legal action I can take. Talk about sticking it to the customer wow.so tried at your own risk coming here. They are out to get money at any risk I am so upset with this place. It started out I loved this place. They failed me all the way idk what is going on here but all I can say is probably a money grab.

I will never recommend Aspen Dental. Not only do they overcharge you for their service, but they add on things to your treatment plan; services that are not needed such as partials, etc. I have went years without 2 missing back teeth and had no problems, so I sure don’t need them now; especially, since it adds on thousands of dollars to your bill. What upsets me the most, is the fact that the dentist will not even consider providing just a portion of your treatment plan; rather, they refuse to perform the services, unless you complete everything on the “list”. Just another way of making money & overcharging for their services. Highly disappointed.

I love this office! Dr. Lucas is soooo kind and understanding. If you have a dental emergency definitely come here. They work with you on financing and there is no judgement from anyone. From the front desk to the doctor everyone is so kind! Also I had my tooth pulled in under 30 min! I highly recommend this office for any dental service but definitely emergency!
