They were great here they helped me set up an entire dental plan all in one single day and they truly advocate for their patients. The x ray equipment was too big for my mouth and the assistant actually switched the equipment to make sure I was feeling comfortable. No other place has done that for me before. They are super fast and concise. Their equipment works correctly. I watched as the dental assistant wipe down every single thing she touched even with gloves on, which makes me way more confident and comfortable knowing that the place is super clean in the back area. I’ve been searching all of Rochester for a decent environment that takes my Medicaid insurance for a long time. I definitely recommend.

Had to go here for an extraction because my Aspire in Lockport doesn’t do them at first the front desk was kind of offsetting but then he warmed up and got better more friendlier the dentist was amazing made me feel calm unless nervous about the procedure I hate getting my top of my mouth worked on the dental assistant was also amazing she was super friendly I would definitely go back there again if needed. Not having any problems the second day and the procedure took 2 seconds with minimal pain thank you for being amazing it’s hard to find dentist like that

They told me I can’t come back because I missed 3 appointments but it wasn’t my fault they were saying they was sending this antibiotic to my pharmacy that I had to take or they couldn’t see me but they never sent it I have screws in my ankle so they said I had to take it or I can’t be seen never received it so now I can’t come back and it wasn’t my fault
