I would like to say Dr.shifa, she very well knows how to speak and makes feel comfortable for her patients, we visit aster before several times but today got chance to take treatment from her and the way she’s explaining about the procedure it’s amazing (amazing it’s small word) keep it up and bring more doctors like Dr.Shifa ,Im sure the brand reputation will go higher..and Shalini in the reception she’s is very helpful and talking very respectfully which makes us feel comfortable.
Jessica at Aster Clinic provided exceptional assistance during my recent visit. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the moment I walked in. She patiently listened to my concerns, answered all my questions with clarity, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and expertise were truly impressive. I’m wondering why someone will take your whole details pretending that he cares about what ever you asked for, then you realized that you’ve been fobbed by all this protocols; imagine someone will go to consult a doctor then being sent to take sample after taking sample more than three days no even a simple message to inform the patient that your result is here or at least send it via message.
