I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED AND THREATENED AFTER CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT.
Everyone please please pay attention! I booked an appointment there, one hour before , as I was still in School, I contacted them and told them that I would like to cancel the appointment , the receptionist then told me if I had a reason , I said it’s too far at the moment. He said “WELL YOU . I SHOULD’VE CHECK BEFORE WASTING PEOPLE’S TIME WE HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION ANYWAY DON’T WORRY” I was so scared after the threat he went to the place I asked my partner to go with me , I calmly ask if it was anyone from the front desk because I receive a threat and on top of that the receptionist texted my phone and said ” THERE IS A REASON WHY YOU ON MEDICAID ” , he said no we called the number and it tings right in front of him . Then he said ” I will ask you guys to leave ” and threatened to call the police i was there genuinely scared and still is so scared that this man might do something to me . Please avoid avoid avoid avoid this place ! I was racially profiled, and threatened!

TL;DR: DON’T COME HERE. Terrible front desk service.
I made sure during my new-patient appointment to ask if the x-rays would be covered fully by insurance (as they could have just called my previous to acquire the images), was told by the receptionist lady that they would be.

Tell me, why I am getting a bill from my insurance for x-rays? So when I call, the same lady said that the x-ray tech took more x-rays than needed? How would I know to stop the x-ray tech to avoid the charges? Absolutely ridiculous. And she is super rude and just straight-up incompetent.
The young dentist is fine – she doesn’t force you into awkward conversations and is quick about the cleaning/examination.
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.
STAY AWAY.
Never mind that this place is a total fraud (I was still receiving regular interval charges for years after leaving) but their dental work is horrendous.
My husband had a root canal and cap placed in 2019. For this we were charged thousands of dollars more than originally quoted and then bullied by the owner about bills that made no sense. Now we have the pleasure of dealing with the terrible dental work and it has resulted in at least 6 appointments with our new dentist to rectify the lingering issues for this place. I wish we could go back in time and never step foot into this shady establishment.
