This dental office runs a con game. Tries to sign you up for a new customer special with free cleanings.
Tells you all the work you need then ensures you they take your insurance and boom. They do not!

Non stop harassing calls and bills soon follow.
They even add appointments you no longer need or want to add to the bill totals when you ro not show up because you weren’t told about the appointment anyway.

The worst. Please stay away.

I should have run away. On the very first visit I made there was a young lady crying in the lobby after fighting with them over the ridiculous charges.

It was clean at least.

Got a 10% discount for paying in full online only to be told when I walked in that I have a balance to be paid. Showed the lady my receipt which clearly stated the Pay Now Discount but she still insisted it was a mistake and just looked like she didn’t care. I ended up paying the balance. I had called earlier to book an appointment with a particular dentist but I was made to see someone else who didn’t know about my treatment plan so I just wasted my time there getting just cleaning done. Never going back there

The service from time I walked in the door was truly awesome!!! I have never had as great of a too notch customer service experience. Everyone was willing to assist, so very professional, answered all questions and very pleasant!! The dental assistants, the excellent lady who did my teeth cleaning (I’m so sorry I forgot her name ans she was so awesome) and Dr. Nkweti were absolutely phenomenal!! Just a totally pleasant Dental experience which yes is very rare for a dentist.
