Looking for a dentist in the area. I phoned a few places today. The receptionist here spoke very quietly, so I said hold on a second I need to turn the volume up, when I was done instead of saying hello or how can I help you she just went uhhuuuuh in the most condescending way. So I hung up and booked with another dentist. The attitude of the person who answers your call has a huge impact. You might want to retrain your receptionist her lack of intelligence in how to be polite is likely driving potential customers away. This was actually my first choice after a search online, but I went with my second, since their receptionist was polite to me. Reception is the first face of a business and someone a customer will be forced to deal with regularly. I knew immediately I did not want to deal with that person then or ever again.

Been a client at Austin Heights Dental for over a decade – including cleanings, fillings, and wisdom teeth extraction. Always friendly staff at reception, excellent hygienists, and great dentists. They have always met my needs and were able to book/re-book me within a week or two after calling. True professionals! Would recommend to anyone in this area.

Amazing beautiful office, with friendly staff members, front desk is always smiling and greeting with joy and helped me with understanding my insurance, the hygienist was very gentle on my teeth and the dentist was very informative. Overall experience was great, it’s a recommended place for all dental needs.
