The dental hygienist assisting me was super kind, and really took the time to listen to everything I had to say (I had multiple complaints about my mouth). She did a stupendous job of relaying all the information to the dentist, even the seemingly insignificant concerns. She also was great at communicating and informing me of the process each step of the way and what to expect (I have mild anxiety when it comes to dental work and people up in my mouth).
The gal who helped me with checkout was super sweet. She got me set up with a printout to take home and review of the payments broken down for the dental work I need done (with no pressure to make any quick decisions). She helped introduce me to a program I could sign up for that would help me save money, too. (I’m on disability.) She really went above and beyond to help make things as easy/simple/cheap as possible for me.
I ended up having to reschedule my appointment (the first time) on short notice due to an impromptu hospitalization. They were very gracious, kind, and understanding with the whole situation.
Also, I had barely any wait time at all in between the dental hygienist and seeing the dentist. (I have gone to other dental clinics and been left waiting in the chair for 20+ minutes in between the cleaning and actually seeing the dentist.) Not at Badger Hills! 🙂 Overall, really great office. 12 stars out of 5.

Today was my first time at Badger Hills Dental Care after going somewhere else for the past few years and WOW was I blown away! I was greeted with a huge smile from the second I walked in the door. Marissa, Velvet, Hannah, and Michelle were so kind and helpful and made me feel very welcome. My Hygienist Karina and her coworker Amanda both made sure that I was comfortable the whole after hearing about my anxiety with dentists. Karina was very calm and explained what she was doing the whole time and made sure I didn’t have any questions. When Karina was done cleaning my teeth, the dentist came in for an exam. Dr. Fuentes was very sweet and personable and was great at making sure I was feeling comfortable as well. Overall, the whole establishment was very clean and new looking. For once, I am looking forward to my next appointment!

My first experience at Badger Hills Dental Care was great. The staff here were helpful and friendly. While I was waiting in one of the chairs, I had looked up from the pamphlet I was reading, and noticed a hygienist talking to the front desk staff about updating one of her patients’ report. That’s when she saw an elderly man struggling to get inside the entrance. The same hygienist immediately ran out to assist him in. I was impressed by the kindness. For the appointment, our hygienist was knowledgeable; she explained the process and terminology professionally and helped us find care that would fit our budget. Overall, great people and great affordability. It’s a very welcoming place.
