Reviews:
I originally left a negative feedback and a 1-star rating for this dental office.

My feedback had something to do with my encounter with the front desk during an attempted “enrollment” as a new patient.

Needless to say, due to that encounter, i did not pursue being a patient and that’s when i left the original feedback.

Anyways, that was back in October 19.

Today, November 15, a dentist from this clinic had a chat with me and although, I didn’t like our encounter…, one thing he said echoed in my head.

He made me realize that my review had nothing to do with his Dental Services nor Dental Treatments nor Dental Practice.

When he made me realize this, i was reminded of my dad who’ was a handy-man.

Dad did fine work for a fair price and his customers were happy.

Even though his only marketing was word of mouth, he received a steady flow of work.

I was 12 when my dad had an argument with our neighbor about our dog pooping on the neighbor’s front lawn.

Even though this argument had nothing to do with my dad’s handyman business, to make my dad’s life miserable, our neighbor started spreading bad reviews (by word of mouth) about my dad’s business.

I remember when my dad noticed a steady decline in the projects he would get until no more came.

My dad told me that he didn’t mind negative feedback about his services if it were warranted BUT a demolition job that had nothing to do with his workmanship hurt the household finances.

It was not so much the encounter with the dentist today that made me delete the original review… to the contrary, the unpleasant encounter made my “rash-emotions” to want to keep the original review intact.

I couldn’t shake off the memory of seeing dad and his business paying for something that had nothing to do with his practice…. it was this that compelled me to recant and put this explainer on here.

The dentist added that “he hasn’t even put his hands on my mouth yet” and as much as I hate to agree with someone I just argued with, he was right and again reminded me of dad.

Remember, i ended up not being a patient on October 19…?

So again, he made me realize, how can you rate this clinic when you weren’t even a patient….

…. similar to our neighbor who wasn’t even dad’s client.

I didn’t even get the name of that dentist because at that specific micro-second, i was just focusing on how unideal the encounter was.

Whoever you are, thanks for giving me the opportunity to pay tribute to, pay it forward and hopefully making my dad in heaven proud that he did not go through what he went through in vain and that his son was able to learn something from that experience,

Thank you!

Long time due on the review here.
I’ve been regular to this dental clinic for over 4 years.
I have been treated for many false cavities and used up insurance money over and over.
When he told I need to be treated for 6 cavities. I had doubt, took an second opinion with two other dentists, and they found no cavities at all. Avoid this scammer for your better dental care and money.
I would never recommend this place. After the dentist or owner we left and moved to Ottawa this office went downhill. Now they have receptionist working as dental assistants and Hygients . The receptionist(s) lack knowledge on insurance procedures. There’s a huge language barrier. And they’re scammers. It’s taken them almost a month to send me a cheque they owe.
