Ruined years of orthodontic work, never left a dentist worse off than when I started until I came to Bamboo Dental.
Broke my permanent retainer on the first appointment. Shaved it down 6 months later (4th appt). There was no mention that retainer should be replaced, or other potential solutions. I had to mention that spacing was occurring twice within the subsequent year (the first time I was told they don’t see anything). Once they admitted there was spacing, the only solution presented was Invisalign. No mention of replacement wire, filling etc.
After months of back and forth and further consultation, their solution was a $30 discount on a $1,000 cost to simply fix the issue they caused. They took no responsibility for breaking the wire, and even denied “shaving it down” altogether.
I can only assume the overly friendly staff are in place to call you every 4 months to get you in the chair as many times as possible, and to cover the fact that the service is poor.
Moved to the area around and heard they are great. I had my first try here, and it was prefect! It made me feel like a spa that I was relaxing here with all the kind and nice crew. The receptionist was exceptional to show me around the place, following up and replying effectively and efficiently. Dr Sharma was so patient to go through all the details with me before and after the treatment. She also gave me great advices that I am sure I will follow them as a rountine. I noticed they had a child corner too! I will definitely recommend people to come and enjoy your spa like dentist appointment. And I like the little bamboo I’ve got for greeting. They are just prefectly neat and clean.
Went here for the first time today. The entry and waiting area is very welcoming, including the kind reception staff and the kids play area. The hygienist Alicia was very sensitive to my problem areas, explained everything along the way, and checked in with my comfort level often. After the cleaning, Dr. Malave spent a generous amount of time thoroughly explaining my teeth to me. This the first time I’ve had such a pleasant experience at the dentist. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. The entire team here is really great.
