Reviews:
1.Today I have been there for my child vaccination because I am leaving in the surrounding area as it’s very close to me and I had a weird experience with them, first of all there’s only one nurse and Doctor for babies vaccination that delay the vaccination process.

2. When my turn came to see my daughter by the Doctor when we both couple entering to her room she stopped us and said that only one person can be allowed to enter with the baby or child then my wife and I discussed then she said you go in with the baby because I don’t speak any foreign language so you are better that you can explain her and answer her questions & queries.

when I approached to her room she stopped me again and said that you can’t enter but your wife can enter only! then I explained the Doctor that she can’t understand with you because she can speak her mother tongue language only, the Doctor said it’s alright if she can’t speak any foreign language but she has to come in then I told my wife that now the Doctor said you can enter only with the child! and she refused to go alone because it wouldn’t be successful as she couldn’t understand with her, then finally the Doctor allowed both of us.

I was just wondering what could be her point of view because we are not in pandemic if we were still three people is not contagious.

3. then we referred to the dentist to check the baby teeth growth and luckily she didn’t stopped us to enter both of us to her room and she examined the baby girl teeth and she started consultation and explanation that: sweet and hard things shouldn’t be given to the baby and it should be cleaned after feeding the baby that’s all right.

But at the last she said something strange that the milk shouldn’t be given to the baby while the baby sleeping I was just wondering is the babies different human type when they asleep still they can drink a milk then we were questioning her to explain clarify how not to give milk to the baby when a baby asleep then she just said twice that’s it!!

Then I translated her words to my wife that milk shouldn’t be given while baby asleep and she was eager to know more about it then I asked the doctor again and the next time she said twice water I mean water!! And she was just pushing us verbally to leave her but still our queries didn’t answered.

As per my analysis the dentist might be verbally mistaken to say something strange so it’s ok we are human being we can be mistaken instead she keeps argument she could just say excuse me my mistake instead she stood on her weird explanation because still we are in doubt what could be her meaning not to give milk while the baby asleep.

Or she might be having some other point but she might be unable to explain to us in English as her own language, or they might be pressured by the management to give less time to the patient to minimize the waiting duration of the next patient , because all previous reviews which I read are about the time which is taken more that because they’re over loaded but there’s insufficient staff member.

Minimizing the time of patient is not the right solution as it’s give the doctors and nurses aggressive and rude appearance and it increase the blind mistakes disorganized management when rushing in everything.

I am with a professional background I can understand what is their weak points, all they need to increase the medical personnel, entire Baniyas and Shawamekh are vaccinating by one nurse and Doctor.

The above experience is of Sunday different days might be having different condition!

Today I have bad experience here for doctor to did my xtray #18,I don’t know what happen to her I’m just follow what she said, she said come and change ur clothes so I did then after I go the xtray place then its make a long time I’m standing there when I saw her she left her place like she go outside and talking for one lady,I thought its done so I left and back to change my clothes but she call me not done so I’ll back again and I heard she said come and get ur paper so I come to her place then she’s talking some Arabic words it’s not good, and I answer to her why do you call me to come so I come to ur place, she think I did not understand for Arab words…everyone has tension or stress for the work but it’s should be you need to stand ur responsibility to be patience coz it’s our job, even us we are following the rules and waiting more than 2 hrs to finish our medical because a lots of people it’s not the reason ur tired but it’s ur job so please respect and talking nice to everyone, don’t be confident ur profession that ur a high than us so u are free to talk bad us,don’t me coz we are they same human..for the nurse the no.14 I really appreciate she very excellent to handle us.
only 1 person at the reception at almost all times or there’s never anyone there, why? last time i went i was waiting for my number to be called but the receptionist was chatting with the security guy and laughing for 5 minutes and then they called my number. and when i approached he desk and sat, did you think she started giving me her attention? nope. she was watching a funny video on the security’s phone and they were both laughing for about 2 minutes. then when she finally spoke to me and i told her about my request she told me “go see another recipient idk how to print your health certificate” and there was only her at the reception… what recipient doesn’t know how to print? she was obviously being lazy and wanted to chat more. Worst experience in a hospital. she was very rude istg idk how this place just literally hires anyone
