I don’t even have words to describe how good they are. Besides the work itself being very well done, Demetrio explains each procedure, the reasons behind it, the alternatives, and the consequences. He’s very didactic. I also notice that he performs the necessary procedures that will bring results. Sometimes we go to the dentist in a lot of pain, in a moment of vulnerability – that happened to me. I was in a very bad state, but I was supported with empathy. The reception is also excellent. They managed to fit me in when I really needed it. I missed a few calls, but they sent me SMS explaining why, even outside of business hours. It’s an excellent service in every way

Exceptionally professional and caring team that provided an exemplary service!! The practice emanated warmth and compassion from the time I walked through the door. Both Dometrio and Sonia went out of their way to accommodate my every need. I have been to many dentists in my life and never been treated with such transparency, respect and kindness. I wasn’t charged for the follow-up treatment and then received two phone calls to check on my healing. Three words I would use to describe this practise and team of professionals are: trustworthy, kind and highly skilled (ooops- that was 4!!!).
