Dentist visits have always been something I dread & put off, but I’ve been consistent (and dare I say look forward to???) my visits now! I’ve been in routinely every 6 months & every time they’re so nice, personable, and caring. Kelly is always my hygienist and I LOVE her. She remembers small details about me, is so caring in conversation, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I’ve seen a couple different doctors and have enjoyed all of them as well! The biggest thing I appreciate is that they don’t try to just con money out of me & tell me I need work done when I don’t/something can be monitored. I’ve experienced dentists like this in the past and it totally destroys trust. But everyone at BCD has always been open, honest, not pushy, informative, and helpful. As long as I live around here, this will always be my dentist! Have recommended them every chance I can get!

I do agree w BrookThole’s sentiments. imo…this practice displays a culture of impersonal corporate style. front desk to hygienist to the Dentist herself. i was treated as a number, ie: get em in, get the $$$, and get em out. their mo “time is money”. as a retired physician, and private pay customer I can sense the vibe real quick. i truly don’t believe the dentist even knew my name. i’m now going to a smaller, caring practice. dentists whom appreciate personal relationships, and whom i’d gladly pay my cash to. there’s an abundance of dental practices to choose from.
