reception team are all lovely and do an absolutely amazing job and nothing is ever too much trouble and I find all staff really knowledgeable and are always happy to give advice and help in any way they can.

I would also like to give a big shout out to Dr Philippa Harris. Me & my daughter both see Philippa for our regular check up’s & examinations and she really listens, takes her time, gives advice and completes referrals if necessary. She is very knowledgeable and very reassuring.

I have also had a wisdom tooth removed as a private patient with Dr Aleksandra Tobiszewska. Not going to lie on the day of my appointment with Aleksandra I was feeling nervous! And this is where my second shout out goes to Aleksandra because as soon as I walked in and met Aleksandra and her team, with their warm welcome I immediately felt more at ease. Aleksandra then took her time to explain everything, answer all my questions and reassure me that my fears would not happen and that I had nothing to be afraid of.

She reassured me throughout the appointment, explaining what she was doing and when, and really took her time and allowed me to guide her as and when to take a break or crack on! Nothing was too much trouble.

And lastly but not least! I would like to shout out to Lauren & Alex the nurses. Both are so lovely & friendly and again took their time to put me at ease and chat away with me which really helped take my mind off the procedure all whilst seamlessly assisting Aleksandra.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience at Bassett Dental, from the moment we walked in, staff at the reception specifically Amy was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and kids friendly, which immediately put my children at ease.

Dentist Balpreet is exceptional throughout the whole process she was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way that both my kids and I could understand. She made them feel comfortable and even managed to make the experience fun for them.

The hygienists and assistants were equally wonderful, showing great care and professionalism. They made sure my kids were comfortable and they even provided tips on how to maintain good oral hygiene in a fun and engaging manner.

As for my own treatment, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the examination and the quality of care provided. Dentist Balpreet was knowledgeable and attentive, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I received the best possible care.

Overall, our experience at Bassett dental was outstanding. I highly recommend Dentist Balpreet to anyone, especially families with young children. They truly provide the best service and make dental visits a positive experience for both kids and adults.

Just been for my new nhs appointment at the practice, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The receptionist was kind and welcomed me to the practice personally, and the dentist (konstanty) and his nurse were such lovely people. As someone who is terrified of dentists, they put my mind at ease and were thorough with their examination. So glad that I got a place here, the best practice around. The reviews don’t lie!
