Three of my co-workers highly recommended Dr. Bates when I needed a tooth extraction, which I was already scheduled for the next day with another doctor. I felt that the timing of the recommendation was meant to be and it felt like the right thing to do to call Dr. Bates’ office They were able to get me in the next week, so I cancelled the already scheduled appointment. I am so glad I did and feel very fortunate! They are so friendly there and made me feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with the state of the art equipment and I really appreciated the time Dr. Bates took to explain everything in detail and my options with a break down of cost. I’m so glad I made the right choice and look forward to a new dental office with an amazing team.

Dr. Bates & staff are amazing! One of the things I hate most about moving is establishing new medical care. Luckily I found Dr. Bates office shortly after arriving in Spokane, and it’s been great to be their patient for the last 4 years. My husband is military so we have to move later this summer, and I’m bummed that I have to find a new dentist. Dr Bates and his staff are wonderful! They were able to get me in last minute after I broke my crown. He and his staff are so attentive to my every need. I love this office and am so grateful to have such incredible professionals here in Spokane. ( Unfortunately I have experienced some pretty awful dentists with prior issues so I know firsthand the damage a bad dentist can wreck on one’s dental and mental health). This place is the complete opposite of that. Your teeth are in great hands at Bates Dental.
