The first time I went to Bathurst-Dupont Dental I saw Dr. Dang. Everything in my mouth is a mess and needs fixing. He was kind and honest and I was given great advice on how to proceed.
I believe everything starts from the top down and knew somehow the rest of the staff would have that kind of personality.
My next visit was for cleaning. I was very impressed with the hygienist, Janet. She was thorough, deep clean yet gentle. The cleaning and her kind and gentle personality is above the norm.
Not forgetting the front desk. It started there with Melissa and Harpreet. They couldn’t be nicer and more efficient. It’s the first dental office I have felt so at ease with everyone I met so far. No matter how bad your teeth is you would not feel judged. Pleasant, kind, professional and efficient. That’s what you’ll get from everyone there.

I visited your clinic for a dental cleaning and check-up. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the male dentist who performed my dental filling that day. His rough handling caused my lips to crack and become injured, which brought me great pain and distress.

I believe such behavior is unacceptable as it violates the professional conduct expected of medical personnel and causes unnecessary harm to patients.

It was indeed your dentist, because his photo is also in your Google album. I don’t intend to pursue anything; I just want to let him know that I hope your dentist can be a bit gentler in this regard. You couldn’t find my record because the name I use on Google is not my real name

Thank you Bathurst DuPont Dental for your trustworthiness and your transparency. I went to Dr. Dan for a second opinion after another dentist closer to my home i. Etobicoke quoted me a ridiculous amount to replace all my fillings because “they were too old”. Dr. Dan confirmed that my fillings were still in fine shape, and they only need to be replaced if broken. He has saved me from a world of hassle. I’ll be going here for dental work no matter where I live in the GTA.
