I moved from another dental clinic to this one because the last one I was really liking and they seemed to want me to pay more than what it is expected. The reason I am staying at this dental clinic is because I went in for a free consult to see how much it would cost for a bonding filling for two frontal teeth. I liked how Dr. Namrita and the other staff were friendly, giving good advice, the atmosphere made me feel comfortable and trusting in them.
In the past, I’ve had a worse experience from a dental clinic to take out some of my baby teeth and I was treated with no respect and while leaving from the place I was crying. My mom also did not expect this treatment with a client was going to be bad experience. First, I was choking with my own teeth that they pulled out and the pain of my taking it out was unbearable. I started crying from pain and more when that doctor told me I should stop crying or else I will scare the kids.
That’s why it been hard for me to trust from a dental clinic and caused me to have trauma. This Doctor Namrita made me feel comfortable and I felt safe that I could trust in her and the other staff assistants. I’m really happy to have my teeth looking beautiful.
Dr. Mislav-Steven Pavelic – told me i had 4 cavities after seeing Dr. Mark Litvack 1 year prior (no cavities). I trusted him and found out he took out my metal fillings from childhood. I had to go back 3 weeks later due to not being able to chew. Dr. Litvack had to remove and redo. I still cant chew and its 6 weeks. Dr. Litvack said it was not needed and shouldnt of been done and also now have a fracture on a tooth. If the dentists there cant even trust the others work, I suggest you do the same. Dr. Litvack is the only trustworthy dentist there. Im still waiting for a call back on what their remedy is.
Definitely the best dentistry I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient at. As someone who hates going to the dentist and puts it off for as long as I can, the Bathurst/St Clair Dental Studio makes it an entirely fantastic experience. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists & the dentists are incredibly friendly, helpful and I really appreciate the TTC-accessible location & direct-billing options through my insurer.
