With an immeasurable appreciation, I could not be more eternally grateful and deeply humbled by God for the exceptional care throughout the entirety of the process of the root canal procedure. From the impressively informative conversations with the receptionist Roselyn regarding scheduling and insurance coverages, the hospitable welcome from every member of staff including Teresita and Nancy upon my arrival, and the precision of the completely painless procedure of the root canal executed step by step in a careful and timely manner, every part of the experience has left me in awe. Comparatively, Bay Area Endodontics was several hundred dollars lower in cost to other practices in the Bay Area.
Utmost professionalism was shown from beginning to end, immaculate cleanliness of the office space and visiting rooms, and willingness without hesitance from the assistants and endodontist Ms. Ellie Shadmehr to provide clarification on any personal questions or concerns has strongly earned the highest review able to be given. This was the most nurtured and cared for by any group of people other than my own family I have felt in my entire life. Thank you to each one of the staff at Bay Area Endodontics Daly City for the genuine authenticity, true kindness, and Christ-like compassion that was demonstrated in its fullness. Each one at the Daly City office certainly has been a remarkable blessing that my heart holds no greater joy to recommend to anyone to bring their endodontal needs to these excellent and humble group of professionals. I needed an emergency root canal and was desperate to find one in network. I called that morning and was told the soonest availability was over 3 weeks away. BUT. I received a call a few hours later letting me know a time opened up later the same day!! I was in excruciating pain before the previous few days and nearly cried when I was told I could get in that day.

The root canal was difficult to diagnose to the correct tooth, but with the CT scan and expert work of the dentist, the problem was identified and treated with speed and precision. I felt so well taken care of, and as someone with a lot of anxiety around dentists, I was so grateful for the care I received. The whole team was brilliant, from the front desk, to the assistant, to the dentist.

Like, hopefully I never go back of course, but if I do, so happy for my care to be in the hands of that team.

My family dentist referred me to Bay Area Endodontics for a root canal therapy. I was seen at the San Mateo location. It was my first root canal and I didn’t know what to expect so I watched YouTube videos for educational purpose. However, the treatment I received in person from the staff and the Endodontist herself was immaculate. I was checked in and every thing that was done (from x rays, injection, and procedure) was voiced and stated before the act. Which made me feel comfortable and at ease since I feared not knowing. The procedure was accurately done and swift with care. Ensuring my bite was comfortable and even. I wore a cool pair of sunglasses too and the machines used were high tech!
